If you place an order we also collect personally identifiable information including name or company name, e-mail, phone number, VAT number, shipping and billing addresses. These data are required for invoicing and shipping.
Our company is hosted on the WordPress platform. WordPress provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through WordPress data storage, databases and the general WordPress applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by WordPress and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company or products, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

All customers are eligible for refund if products are returned within 30 days from the invoicing date. The client pays the shipping cost of the returned items.
Products must be complete, unactivated and in an unused and undamaged condition, you must send us the original or a clean and true copy of the invoice of the products you intend to return.
In case the conditions for the returns above are satisfied, you will get a refund of the amount that you paid (minus shipping cost) for the product as stated on the invoice. Refunds will be transferred to your bank account held in a reliable bank or to the credit/debit card you used for payment.
Refunds in cash are not possible. Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 1-5 business days for it to appear on your bank statement or credit/debit card. If your refund doesn’t appear in your bank account or credit/debit card and the processing time for your payment method has passed, please contact us for further assistance.
Please be note that it may take up to 3 weeks for us to receive the returned item and process your return depending on the type of carrier service you have chosen.
Your myPOS terminal has 1 (one) year warranty from the date of purchase which covers myPOS terminal and the original accessories included in the package. This means that within the period of the warranty we can replace your defected terminals or defected accessories free of charge. The warranty does not cover any cables, accessories, plugs, or power supply units or other items different from those originally included in the myPOS Package, but are delivered later additionally.
We shall not be liable for any damages or defects to myPOS terminal, caused by improper use or by accident, malicious damage, hazard, excess humidity, liquid ingress, electrical stress, or other environmental conditions not commonly found in a normal and safe working environment.
You must keep the warranty sticker on the left side of the myPOS terminal intact. Any traces of tearing, splitting or other kind of ripping the sticker apart will deprive you of your right under the warranty.
In case your myPOS terminal has a technical defect and is not functioning, you are entitled to return it and have it replaced within the period of your warranty. To make the replacement please contact us.
In case you return the package with the defected myPOS terminal or accessories, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible.
We shall not replace your myPOS terminal or accessories and you shall not be entitled to any refund if it is determined that you have caused the defect of the returned myPOS terminal/accessories.
The client pays the shipping cost of the terminal(s) send for repair, if we determine that the returned myPOS terminal or accessories do not have any defect and is/are functioning, we reserve our right to charge you with a handling fee amounting of 20 (twenty) EUR.
From its activation date onwards the myPOS terminal is permanently linked to your myPOS account. Even if the device is stolen or lost, any payment transaction made will be credited to your myPOS account.
If the terminal is lost or stolen, please disable it straight away and inform us immediately.
To disable the terminal, log in the myPOS account, go to the “Devices” tab, select the device from the list on the left-hand side, click on “Settings” under the device image and disable the device. You can also disable the device from myPOS mobile app.
